Program Description:
FIE Dublin STEM Scholarship @ UCD
Eligible Programs: FIE at University College Dublin Semester Programme
Location: Dublin
Award: $3000
 
FIE is a values-driven community that is invested in making a difference. We believe everybody should be able access the life changing benefits of studying abroad. Our FIE Dublin STEM Scholarships at University College Dublin give recipients the opportunity to build their own views, participate in the host culture on an authentic basis and go on an adventure while being supported.

Application requirements
  1. Submit a cover letter (500 words or less) which answers the following questions: 
    • ​How will studying abroad with FIE help you achieve your academic, personal, or professional goals? 
    • Financial need: Describe how FIE’s funding will help you reach your study abroad goals. 
  2. A recommendation letter from a professor or academic advisor (this can be the same one used for the FIE program application).
  3. An essay (750 to 1000 words) about why you think international experience is important for STEM (science, technology, engineering and maths) students.
